Outstanding flavor and atmosphere. We sat outside under the lighted trees and really enjoyed ourselves. They were out of the baby back ribs (told us to get there by 7 if desired (it was 9:15 and they close at 10). We had the burger (ordered on the rare side of med-rare and it was medium so I just took a bite to tasted and then passed, otherwise good. Honey chicken sandwich was awesome and the center cut steak was seared to perfection. Highlights were the cabbage salad (trust me on this - so good) and the Texas sweet corn. Putting this in our top 3 and will return for the ribs next time. Very very good.

Great place for slightly non-traditional BBQ and some Asian fusion. Pork ribs incredible, fall-off-the-bone tender and moist. Likewise the brisket was super tender and moist. Crispy potatoes just that, nicely deep fried and crispy. Arugula & melon salad was very nice with a spicy kick like a Thai papaya salad. Everything was too notch, delicious, with solid beer listing on tap and great service from the staff working their tails off to deliver food quickly and efficiently. Thank you and I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Loro is such a fun spot where Asian flavors meet Texas-style cooking. The weather was perfect, so we sat outside and really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. The food was flavorful and creative—a great fusion that worked really well. Definitely a place worth checking out!

Fantastic outdoor seating, great vibe, and a creative twist on BBQ. Did someone say Asian BBQ ribs? Loro in Austin served up a fun, flavorful take on an old favorite. No, it’s not your Texas-style smoked pork ribs—but trust me, the bold Asian flavors worked. The sweet corn was a sleeper hit, and the background music added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe. Staff was on point—friendly, fast, and helpful. We weren’t even planning to hang around Austin this long, but Loro made it worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute concept. We got the brisket rice bowl and a side of corn - both great. You order at the bar and they’ll bring it to your table. Nice atmosphere - great for lunch.

I had the Smoked Butcher's Cut and Chicken Karaage. They were both excellent! Don't hesitate to order the Butcher's Cut. It was very tender and full of flavor, and the shishito salsa and pickled onions complimented the teres major steak perfectly. The chicken karaage is some of the best I have had! Service is quick (but not rushed), friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I have eaten here twice in less than a week and will be eating here frequently. I recommend you do the same.

June 2025 Wonderful smoke house with an Asian twist. Brisket was moist and tasty. Small ...

Loro is a great Asian smokehouse with a lot of tasty options to choose from. The meats are flavorful, and there’s a good variety of dishes. It does get pretty busy, though, so be ready for a longer wait than you might expect. We ordered the pork belly, and it was delicious. Just keep in mind that the meat comes without sides, so you’ll want to order some extras. We tried the sesame rice noodles, and they were really good. The Loro Cheeseburger was another standout—the patty was huge and packed with flavor. Definitely worth a visit!
